Attachiant could be translated by "endearing but annoying". If you are told "Attachiant(e)", you will inevitably think of someone close to you, won't you? An endearing but annoying person can sometimes annoy you, sometimes be embarrassing, maybe even tiring, but whom you can't do without and with whom you love to share good times in all simplicity.
A vintage to share with our "endearing but annoying" ones in all circumstances.
So here's to all our "Attachiants" ones: cheers!
The vintage
Complicated weather conditions punctuated the entire 2024 campaign.
However, the vinifications surprised us with colored juices. The 2024 vintage is therefore quite colorful, with an aromatic on the fresh fruit and a balanced structure.
Terroir
Among French wines, you can regularly find hidden gems at very affordable prices. These wines are also synonymous with freedom because they are not subject to the constraints of the specifications of Bordeaux appellations, even though the grapes come from plots located near our cooperative cellar.
Winemaking
Traditional winemaking with controlled temperatures adapted.
Ageing
Tank ageing allows the freshness of the wine and the expression of the fruit to be preserved.
Varietals
Cabernet sauvignon : 57%
Cabernet franc : 43%
Specifications
Alcohol content : 11.5 % vol.
Contains sulphites. Does not contain egg or egg products. Does not contain milk or milk-based products.

It simply shares in all moments of conviviality, accompanied (or not) by all the good things that can be served during an aperitif. Attachiant accompanies you in all seasons, for all your aperitifs with friends, colleagues, or family, in short, with all your attachiants. In spring and summer, it is best enjoyed chilled, in autumn and winter, it will be appreciated at room temperature.

All the good things that can be found at an aperitif. Attachiant is the companion of all aperitifs, whether it's with olives, chips, or slightly more elaborate tapas.
