Presentation
The "Grande Bourgogne" has been defined since the 19th century by the vineyards that stretch from north to south, from Auxerrois to Beaujolais, naturally passing through the historic terroirs of Chablis, Côte d'Or, the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais. Common history and grape varieties have given birth to a northern style of wine, full of freshness and delicacy, which the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation has highlighted since its creation in 2011.
The vintage
The 2019 vintage brings back the magic of the "9" vintages in Bourgogne. A singular year with its share of stress, it ends with admirable wines of freshness and gluttony. The only downside is that the sharply declining yields have however led to very good concentrations which augur great wines for cellaring.
Terroir
This cuvée is an assemblage of several origins, aged in our cellars in Nuits-Saint-Georges.
Ageing
This wine is aged in stainless steel vats for 6 to 9 months in order to preserve its freshness and offer a beautiful aromatic expression from an early age.
