Right in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyard, Domaine Grivot-Goisot is a 27-hectare estate family-owned since the 15th century. Things really took off in 1947 when Serge Goisot began bottling - a legacy that passed to Anne and Arnaud in 1991, and then to Anaelle Goisot and Rene Grivot in 2020. Today, they produce wines across Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre, Aligoté, and Saint-Bris - Burgundy’s only Sauvignon-based AOC.
