Tasting
The robe is pale yellow and limpid. The wine is dry, round and supple, with a beautiful refreshing acidity. It gives off notes of ripe fruits, peaches and pink grapefruit with a mineral background. An aromatic Sauvignon, classy with great length on the palate.
Food pairings
Drink as an aperitif or with see food and shellfish, but also with smoked fish and goat’s cheese.
