Domaine Lumpp

Domaine Lumpp is a family-owned estate located in Givry, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise. Now led by Baptiste Lumpp, representing the new generation, the domaine has become one of the benchmark producers of the appellation through a precise and demanding approach deeply focused on terroir expression.

The vineyard covers around nine hectares across some of Givry’s finest climats, including Premier Crus such as A Vigne Rouge, Clos du Cras Long, Crausot, and Petit Marole. Both in the vineyard and the cellar, the work emphasizes controlled yields, meticulous ageing, and a constant search for balance in order to preserve the purity and identity of each parcel.

The wines are distinguished by their energy, finesse, and aromatic precision. The reds offer an elegant and refined expression of Pinot Noir, with silky tannins and remarkable depth, while the whites combine freshness, mineral tension, and precision. Under Baptiste Lumpp’s direction, the domaine embodies a modern and sophisticated vision of Givry, contributing greatly to the growing reputation of the appellation.
