Domaine Loew is a family winery located next to Strasbourg. It was founded in 1996 by Etienne Loew, coming from a family with a rich history dating back to the 18th century. The estate of 6.5 hectares is spread out on 5 villages, with many various terroirs, but all the same subsoil of marl. Etienne is very attached to the protection of his land: the estate has been farmed biodynamically since 1996.

This wine presents a perfect harmony between different terroirs and grape varieties.
Every year they produce an "Alsace" based on our young vines in their first 3 years of production. This blend varies according to the vintage, but always aims to be a pleasant, gastronomic wine.

Hand-harvested, indigenous yeasts only.
Harvested only in fruit days, according to the Biodynamic calendar.
Fermented the whole winter, ageing on lees until spring, bottled in the summer on Flower Day.
