The San Matteo winery has existed since 1895 and has become an important player in the Prosecco production since then. The 40-hectare vineyard stands in the heart of “Proseccoland”, close to Vincenza. A student of some of the top Italian wine professors (Manzoni, Muller and Micconi), Bruno Cielo began bottling the property’s wines in 1959. With a 10,000 square meter state of the art winery with 4 completely hermetic bottling lines, the estate insures the purity of their product and reactivity to demand.
