Domaine Loew is a family winery located next to Strasbourg. It was founded in 1996 by Etienne Loew, coming from a family with a rich history dating back to the 18th century. The estate of 6.5 hectares is spread out on 5 villages, with many various terroirs, but all the same subsoil of marl. Etienne is very attached to the protection of his land: the estate has been farmed biodynamically since 1996.

Fresher plot in the winter and in the spring. Great exposure to the sun.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested, indigenous yeasts only.
Harvested only in fruit days, according to the Biodynamic calendar.
Fermented all winter. aged on lees until summer.
