Terroir
This plot is the birth place of the Saint-Joseph AOC in Tournon-sur-Rhône(250mhigh).Very steep slopes of decomposed granite.
Winemaking
Grapes are destemmed. Maceration in concrete vats (for a better thermic inertia) for about 4 weeks (depending on the vintage). Extraction made by pumping over and punching down.
Ageing
The barrel Ageing lasts for 12 to 14 month sin oak (10% new oak).
