Presentation
The Consolin family is aware of this exceptional asset and implements an approach that is in line with the principles of reasoned agriculture: preserving both the environment and health by adapting methods to the local ecosystem and taking into account natural biological regulation mechanisms. In addition to ensuring continuous quality improvement, this approach also led to the Domaine obtaining the AgriConfiance label in 2010.
