Domaine GRIVOT-GOISOT is located in Burgundy, in the heart of the Auxerrois vineyards, in a village called SAINT-BRIS-LE-VINEUX, the exception in Burgundy with its Sauvignon.

The Domaine covers a surface area of 27.5 hectares and produces prestigious appellations such as Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru as well as Saint Bris, Bourgogne Côte d'Auxerre, and Bourgogne Aligoté.
Terroir
Guyot Chablis pruning, with a density of 5,500 vines per hectare. Vines under controlled grassing.
3.5 Hectares: 35-year-old vines
Clay Limestone soils.
Winemaking
Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Aged for 10 months, bottled by the estate
