Presentation

The vintage
After a rather mild winter and a cool, dry spring, summer brought fine, hot days, without excessive heat, interspersed with cool nights. Perfect weather conditions that continued right up to harvest, allowing the grapes to be picked at optimum maturity. A very great vintage in perspective.

Terroir
Safres, clays and pebbles are found and deliver all their geniuses.

Winemaking
Sorted manual harvest, fermentation, long vatting allowing a delicate extraction.
Ageing
Aged for 24 months in casks, aging in the bottle.
